As a player, I want to be able to decline recording geolocation for privacy reasons.

Acceptance Criteria

• The player must have the option to decline the recording of their geolocation at any point in the game
• If they decline, the players geolocation must not be recorded or stored anywhere in the game
• The player must be informed of the games privacy policy and of how their geolocation will be used prior to the start of their game.

need to warn people if they select the 'save geolocation' button (when capturing a code) that the geolocation is pinned on a a public map. so don't save it at your person property. you should have an option to delete the geolocation later (in case you made a mistake in saving it).
