As a player, I want to add new QR codes to my account.

Acceptance Criteria

The player is able to access the "Add QR code" feature from their account dashboard.
The player is able to scan a QR code using their device's camera.
The QR code is successfully added to the player's account.

added camera capturing functionality (and code hash, points, name extraction), but firebase logging of code and user still needs to be done

added generic firebase logging/updating/retrieval of codes, but needs to be setup better for multiple collections (like are we setting up by: user-first? code-first? comments? all separate?
