As a player, I want to remove QR codes from my account.

Acceptance Criteria

• The player can select and remove a QR code from my account.
• The player is asked to confirm it wishes to remove the QR code from the account.
• The player can view the contents of the QR code they are about to remove.
• The QR code is removed from the account.
