As a player, I want to be able to decline recording geolocation for privacy reasons.

This issue was technically completed by @MAl-l3R because the scan features use an "opt-in" system for geolocation, which means that the default option is to NOT include geolocation. This means that geolocation information will never be shared without the explicit consent of the user.
