As an organizer, I want the option to reuse an existing QR code for attendee check-ins.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Organizers can select an option to reuse an existing QR code when creating or editing an event.

• [x] The system allows organizers to associate the selected QR code with the new or updated event.

• [x] The reused QR code functions correctly, allowing attendee check-ins for the associated event.

• [x] Organizers receive confirmation that the QR code has been successfully reused for the new event.

• [x] If QR code reuse is not possible, the organizer is informed with an appropriate error message and suggested actions.

• [x] The system ensures that check-in data is accurately recorded for the correct event associated with the reused QR code.
