As an organizer, I want to OPTIONALLY limit the number of attendees that can sign up for an event Acceptance Criteria

• [x] When creating an event, organizers should see an option to set sign up limit
• [x] Limit should only be an integer number (hopefully realistic value)
• [x] If no limit is provided, no limit should be set (unlimited sign ups allowed)
• [x] Organizer should be able to see number of signed up users
