Node Manager Methods

• [x] get stream of posts for an Author (need Author, author ID or User)

Sub issues:

• [x] get friends posts
• [ ] get friend of friend posts
• [x] get public posts
• [x] get server only posts for that server
• [x] get private posts of the author
• [x] get post by post id (also accepts Django User for authorization)
• [x] get all posts by an author (must know what the signed in user can see)
• [x] get author profile by ID (previously implemented by Wyatt)
