After some discussion with the group on the lack of external library support in Motion Builder, we've agreed to switch over to Blender. In blender, this api allows us to extract the location information as well as the orientation of the bone from the fcurve on a per frame basis.

Some research is required to figure out a way to extract a joint translation, rotation and scaling values on a per frame basis. This is needed in order to figure out how to apply join positions obtained from LEAP
