I have found a great website that details what we need to do to get all of 
the google apps running:

This includes:
Gmail
Youtube
Market
Maps
Gtalk
Google Contacts Provider/sync
VoiceSearch
Calendar Provider/sync

the problem is that the build script that liveandroid is using would have 
to be modified, else we can potentially move all of the files ourselves.

1. Does anyone have access to these files?

2. Does anyone have hosting space for these files?
