Download button doesn't seems to work as expected #17

when the attachment button is clicked on the attachment button and it seemed to be unable to get the data-value I set on the row and button

and it seemed to be able to obtain the data-value assigned when clicked it a second time

Another issue found was it seems like it fails to downloads the file
