REQUEST: multiple MB slabs that are separate from each other #249

Hello, I saw Figure 1 and 3 in this paper, and I wonder if this could be realized by multiple (e.g. 2) separate slabs with MB? This could be potentially useful at high functional resolution when using RL-LR phase encoding directions, either to cover specific pairs of regions that are far apart, or to skip the signal drop region above the ear canals. Thanks.

I will put this on the list...we have done it before, but it is technically challenging on the reconstruction side.
