Copying slice positions from other sequences may crash the UI #3

Joseph Vu: For some reason, when copying slice position from the gre sequence, the ice recon fails when MB > 1. The temporary solution is to run the gre scans after the MB EPI. Copying the slice position from other sequences to my knowledge does not cause this problem.

In Diffusion MRI sequence, When use the "copy parameter" from other sequence (although the sequence was using MB or not), Syngo MR stopped & froze. The scanner did not stopped, froze only Syngo MR.

Haven't heard any complaints about this recently so I am closing this issue for now.
