Can you use the same parameters for a ME MB BOLD on different PRISMA OS's?

We are attempting to emulate the parameters of the sequence from another study and are having trouble getting the TR and TE's to match. Our OS is VE11E

Basically...the only notable exception that comes to mind is around the stimulation limits that became more restrictive after VE11C-SH05 (including VE11E and later).
