Run 1695475229 dead channels and pedestals #84

HGC_adc[48] which should have an ElectronicsID 0x4B is not listed as dead channel. 0x4B has stddev=0.

On the other hand it seems like all the CM channels on the first wafer is listed there. CM channels do have stddev!=0.

Needs investigation of the DQM for this run for the reason of this idiosyncrasy.

Can be ignored as we'll resort to other means of identifying the dead-channels based on hgcal-comm
