pixel cleaning in Ih, corrections for Gi templates, new dEdX SF, new plots

• Add pixel cleaning requierements for the Ih computation (computedEdx function in CommonFunction), based on probQ and reCPE. This request to pass a lot of info to the function :( --> globalIh_ is now using the cleaning in the pixel. some plots have been produced in CR and CR_verylowPt regions to check the effect. This will has an impact on the K and C values.
• Add saturation correction and strip cleaning for the Gi templates (I haven't pushed the pixel cleaning as we don't use the templates in the pixel but it would be better to add it too in the future) ==> ACTION : new templates need to be redone
• dEdxSF have been updated : I found a change in the Strip/Pixel SF when Fpix>0.3 is applied. This will have an impact on the K and C value.
• new plots to answer questions from Slava : Charge/pathlength per layer, Ih resolution in CR_verylowPt, NSat at low p and at large p (to check Sig and Bg MC). I also add some plot for the dEdX SF determination.

note : in the Analyzer/test/Tamas/HSCParticleProducerAnalyzer_master_cfg.py I add the isoMu* triggers in the filter, hoping to enrich a bit the Gi template CR, as there is no trigger check for that CR.

what is not clear to me is why I get 47 events with the CR selection (50<pt<55 GeV) while only 10 in the Gi selection (20<p<48 GeV)... there is something wierd somewhere !
