Security has been added to the site with the following changes:

Connection is encrypted over SSL. The certificate is self-signed, but can be added manually to trusted certificates
Users must register with a valid email domain
Verification emails are sent
Password reset can also be done over email

Everything works fine from my laptop sending to gmail. I'm ready to test the Tools & Integration VM. That will only be valid for cern.ch and fnal.gov emails once set up.

I guess I should add, the only thing that is password protected is the act of submitting actions. For now, the actions are now separated by user too.
