When choosing the 'recover' action from the workflow view, now a separate set of parameters for each task appears. These parameters are then split up by task in the getaction page as well.

I still need to make a js check if the parameters are all filled or not, if we still want it.
There are also a few minor documentation changes as I play with Sphinx.
