Task selection #51

With this, the operator can select a subset of the tasks to submit ACDCs or recoveries. If none are selected, all the tasks will be submitted, as usual.

@prozober I updated the server to use this, so there should now be checkboxes to select only some steps if desired. I tried to test all the possibilities I could think of by hand, but the parsing function is getting complicated. Let me know if you catch an error with it.
