Fix reasons #85

Blank long reasons now are filled by the related short reason.

Thanks Dan. Question, if I fill the long reason, it will be concatenated to the short one?

No it shouldn't be. The full long reason is saved in the database. The short reason was just intended for you to have something to select from the drop down menu.
