Added instructions for TIMBER and 2D Alphabet setup that have been tested on lxplus. The test commands were used to confirm that things are working. Please give them a try and let me know how it goes.

Also, the B' signal sample should eventually be swapped out for a b*. I'm having to copy my ntuples from LPC to LXPLUS which is taking a while and the B' are the only small samples (suitable for a test) that have been copied over so far.
