Show full file path when hovering over title bar #15

It's pretty standard to have h5 files for different cases use the same name but be in different directories. When one of these h5 files is opened, there is no way of knowing which directory it's in.

This has been included with the addition of tabs. Hovering over the tab will show the full file path in a tooltip.
