Calculate b-tag efficiency in MC #15

According to:

https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CMS/BTagSFMethods#b_tagging_efficiency_in_MC_sampl

b-tagging efficiency has to be calculated in MC samples.

This configuration:

Jet.BJets.Efficiency.file = "$MUSIC_BASE/ConfigFiles/ConfigInputs/ScaleFactors/2016/BTagEfficiency_HadflavourNjet.root" #NOT UPDATED TO UL17

should be updated.
