The goal is to have a sensible url pattern to browse through runs / lumisections.

The preliminary pattern could be:

data_taking_objects/
- runs/ [lists all runs available - ALREADY EXISTS]
- run/id [shows information relative to a given run]
- lumisections/ [lists all lumisections available]
- run/lumisection/id [shows information relative to a given lumisection]
