What it does

adds a management script extracting status of a given lumisection for all the subdetectors / objects (relies on a preprocessed pickle file derived from multiple .json dumped from the Run Registry for 2018 in UL)
adds a preliminary frontend displaying the status of a lumisection for pixel, strip track
