Bumps the gh-pages package from 3.2.3 to 6.1.1. Fixes a prototype pollution vulnerability, originally reported by dependabot. However, gh-pages never runs on our CI environment, so the vulnerability doesn't actually matter, which is why we originally closed dependabot's pull request. I wanted to upgrade this anyway to make sure we have the latest and greatest for our deploy-demo script that we recently did work on.
How to test
I used it to successfully deploy this branch demo. Nothing changed in the CLI command that I could tell, and the changelogs don't say anything about that either.
