Bump NPM version #77

Match the NPM version to the version.md file.

Looks like there are some minor deltas between version.md and the version number found in the NPM package. cc @mint-thompson

Maybe the version.md file is redundant to the verison that is found the NPM meta package file. Look into removing version.md and the potential downstream impact that it might have.

Versioning will be handled through npm and not the version.md file
