Who to address an issue with unavailable files #686

I see that Anthem machine readable files have an issue, their files refer to urls like https://mrf.carefirst.com/mrf-files/46774_MD-100_DC_C01.json require authorization. There are about 1000 MRF files that refer to such urls. And it looks like incompliance.

I do not see any contact form to address such issue on Anthem or on CareFirst sites. How to address such an issue?

After publishing this issue it started working, so, closing this issue.
