Demo #27

This was basically what we used in our MVP, included the notification system and the somewhat dynamic baker orders. Let me know if there are any changes that you think should be made (even if its not for the MVP) going forward.

Before merging baker-order-splash to master, I already included the demo stuff - https://github.com/CMU-17-356/dronuts-2019-group-5/pull/26. What we have live right now should be what we had when we filmed the video.
