Increasing Accessibility score by increasing contrast between the text and the background #311

The Accessibility score is currently 80. I would like to target the warning "Background and foreground colors do not have a sufficient contrast ratio" by increasing the darkness of the gray text to better contrast with the white background on the main page (index.html).
