Implement Sort Posts by Tag #10

As a student, I want to be able to view posts based on a certain tag, so that I can find specific posts.

We decided that this was low priority because we need to implement tagging posts first to be able to sort by tags. Tagging posts is low priority too because there are faster ways of searching posts, such as searching by keywords.
