Implement Pin Replies for Posts #4

As an instructor, I want to pin replies under a post, so that students can see the top responses.

Pinning replies in threads is medium priority because it helps organize information through placing more relevant thread replies at the top. This way, students don't have to spend time scouring through an entire thread to find the most helpful parts.
