US1: As a student, I want to post questions anonymously so I won’t be afraid of being judged for my questions #15

Importance: 1 High impact: student won't be afraid of speaking up and voicing their concerns / questions, even when the question may sound "stupid." This will positively impact students' learning experience and make them feel more comfortable. High effort: requires updating databases, API, and UI, also thinking of ways to make the user of an anonymous post untraceable.
