Modify topics/create.js and posts/create.js to allow creation of anonymous posts and topics
Add checks for isAnonymous boolean field, change uid to -1 if check is turned on

Effort: medium Dependencies: none

Acceptance criteria:

topics and posts creation files are modified to accept an isAnonymous field from creation request
passed unit testing to confirm that anonymous posts and topics are assigned uid -1
