Implement middleware that intercept post and topic creation and check for an isAnonymous field. If the field is true, modify posting’s uid to be -1 for anonymous posting

Acceptance criteria:

middleware configured to intercept post and topic creations to check for the isAnonymous field
for posts and topics with isAnonymous field set to true, creation requests modify the UID to be -1 for the request
unit testing for added logic handling anonymous post and topic creation, with 90% coverage for added lines
