update stakeholder map #8

There are the following tasks for the map https://kumu.io/barryrawn/infrastructure-nexus-stakeholder-map#stakeholder-landscape

[x] using Rwanda Electric Motorcycles as an example, update the information for Ampersand and Spiro
[x] add the organization Institute for Future Technology and Research, which is launching an EV training program (https://goo.gl/maps/fa4EPQgfaP6JqA5K8) https://iftrgroup.com/
[ ] Check official statistics to confirm the number of motorcycles, 4-wheel passenger vehicles, vans, and buses in Rwanda
[x] Add all list of private and public companies on the map from GIZ document(@list of companies)

Once we know the numbers of vehicles, we can populate that field

Hi Theogene: now we have a lot of input from GIZ. It could take some work to enter it, but let me share it in a folder.

Great, thanks for keeping track. Here's another layer that we need

-RP (in this node, let's make a list of the IPRCs and their specialties --IPRCs (only the ones relevant to electromechanical stuff, or batteries) --TVETS (the ones having maintenance and other relevant skills training) -Other entities.

These will have a link (maybe a "cycle" in the language of KUMU) that connects them to MINEDUC and that department that determines TVET curriculum
