Missing "Copied to Clipboard" confirmation message when link is shared #205

There used to be a tooltip that confirmed link had been copied to clipboard. This behavior is missing on staging, but also missing in golden. It should be restored.

This was addressed with a timemachine submodule update earlier this month.
