Plaid pattern for mb wells mapbox layer #221

On jjkohler.earthtime.org, select testrs story and scroll to "mb wells" waypoint.

This doesn't seem to happen for any of the other mapbox layers in the regression test.

@jjkohler, given we haven't yet seen the behavior in other layers, I'm wondering if there's a hint somewhere in what features this layer uses. Wight you be willing to try making a copy of the mb wells layer to prune down to see if we can find what sort of feature in the layer might be required for the bug to show up?

Fixed by reenabling stencil mode in 98a8b511d1ebdb629a35e2e304b0901a39eb03a8
