Update UNHCR Data in September #85

Hello All,

We have a teacher using EarthTime who would like the show refugee flows for a classroom unit starting September 30. She needs the UNHCR data updated. From what I know - we could get it up to 2018. Can we do this?

Here is more info: I am co-designing a cross-curricular Human Rights and Refugee unit with my social studies colleague, Michelle Dickerson (copied here), at Highlands High School. The goal of the pathway is for students to analyze and compare refugee situations globally, create EarthTime stories to peer teach and commit to take an action as a result of their learning. Our vision is that the students develop empathy by comparing and contrasting the situations of refugees around the world. We are focusing on three geographic areas: Syria, the Sahel and Venezuela. We will be using the Syria and Sahel stories on EarthTime which are an incredible resource. You can access the Spanish Syrian Refugee Crisis EarthTime story that I translated if it’s helpful. "

@gabrielo Will this new version tile the data in some form? I ask because it's unwieldy to load such a file (especially if we want to go back to 2012 or earlier) and can take over 30 seconds even on a very fast cable modem.
