Flutter hangs on Loading after connection has been lost

• Connect Flutter
• Unplug/replug AC
• Wait for error dialog
• return to landing
• try to reconnect Flutter
• "This is where we live now"

This is likely a regression from somewhere. I'm on e96c7726ea665bb449e4169785034bdb9faec5a0 right now.

I can't replicate this on my most recent commit on my branch (where e96c772 is currently at) so I'm just closing this.
