Problem building with CPU_ONLY: #2289

Issue Summary

So after successfully set it up on my pc I want to use Openpose on a laptop without a gpu (dell latitude e7470, specs below) I configured in cmake gui successfully but when I run sudo make -j4 in /openpose/build I run into issues. I tried several non solutions, nothing seems to work. I've set USE_MKL to true and use cdnn t false, complete cache is below. Any idea which path I should go on from here? If I left out something or you need anything, let me know please and I'll provide it asap.
