Validation json missing keypoints #48

The validation file here are missing foot keypoints.

http://posefs1.perception.cs.cmu.edu/OpenPose/datasets/foot/person_keypoints_val2017_foot_v1.zip and here: http://posefs1.perception.cs.cmu.edu/OpenPose/datasets/foot/person_keypoints_val2017_foot_v2.zip

It contains just the following keypoints: "keypoints":[ "nose", "left_eye", "right_eye", "left_ear", "right_ear", "left_shoulder", "right_shoulder", "left_elbow", "right_elbow", "left_wrist", "right_wrist", "left_hip", "right_hip", "left_knee", "right_knee", "left_ankle", "right_ankle" ]
