changed which arduino ports point to which LED to adapt to hardware c… #482

The status lights wire has changed so that it cannot be plugged in backwards. The arduino pins that map to the status lights need to be remapped because of this hardware change.

This was tested on the buggy with the new status light PCB and looks fine.
