We encourage you to keep the code coverage percentage at 80% and above.

To test: run roslaunch buggy sim_2d_2buggies.launch, with manual_vel option set to true. Keep SC velocity at 0 until values show up on the SC/buggy/input/steer topic. Then, increase SC velocity to 14m/s.
