CHANGES: Added software side of bnyahaj serial so that SC can use it. Also included updates to launch files to include system launch files
BENEFITS: Now, software is more consistent with an ideal runtime launch. Additionally, we can remove dependence from ros serial and are doing a lot less data packet sending to and from NAND
REASONING: Things were breaking in the moment.
