What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit web page with WebAnywhere
2. The URL the browser sees is complicated wa.php?q=<base64string>
3. Should be a directory using Apache rewrites.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Want to go to /wp/<base64string/
And then properly interpret that so we can use it in the base href= tag.
