Can anybody in this forum let me know a comprehensive detail of what other cognitive tutors are available worldwide which are successfully running and in which counteries

As a starting point, you might look through the references in
  Kurt VanLehn's 2006 overview (updated more recently) "The behavior
  of tutoring systems," International Journal of Artificial
    Intelligence in Education 16 (3), 227-265.
