Feature Request: tracking of changes to document. #24

Some sort of changelog annotated to show where ChatGPT was used.

The desire is to be able to track original notes/content and possibly used to detect what is possibly AI generated.

For minimally viable product, a simple paired log of notes and prose is the requirement.
