The Export History button should be accessible outside of the notes2prose dialog #31

Currently the Export History button is available on the notes-2-prose dialog. I think it needs to be accessible outside of the dialog.

Maybe, we can add a menu on top of the editor so that we can add more features in the future? (and, include the expert history button in the menu).

It is also available in the Help>A.I. Scribe dialog where it is discussed, but I do acknowledge that it is currently not very prominent.

There are two questions that need to be addressed:

How prominent should this feature be? Currently it is a dump of JSON which is likely to be incomprehensible for most people, so if it is to be more prominent, then refining the output to be more readable would be advised.
Once the other Scribe tools are added, should they have separate log streams or should they all be combined into one?
