The warning dialog that appears when the user clicks the “Refine” tool but there is no text in the editor refers to the “Polish” tool. #71

Replace “Polish” with “Refine”.

I am unable to replicate this and I can find no instances of "Polish" in the code. I suspect that this might be a caching issue.
