Data Usage not working in CM10 #12

There are some missing things in the kernel, and maybe in the ROM that prevents Data usage to be shown.

CM10 doesn't even show the data usage option, it it encounters an issue when trying to retrieve information. This is why currently no data usage part can be found.

Logcat should show:

"enabling bandwidth control"

and nothing else.

it currently shows previous message +

"problem enabling bandwidth controls"

Adding required modules in kernel fixed the usage ISSUE.

IPV6 Netfiltering was mandatory for data usage in JB
